Introduction to Hoda university

It is one of the scientific institutes affiliated with Al-Zahra Association (Peace be upon her), officially established in 1994 with the permission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

During its years of evolution towards perfection, this university has set its ultimate goal to train academic elite and educated women while preserving Islamic principles in thought and practice to create international and domestic scientific trends

During this period, this university has been able to train more than 300 educated women from 18 different countries of the world to be effective in spreading Islamic thoughts in their country

At present, about 1,000 students are studying in this university under the supervision of experienced board members

Specific Goals

•  Spread disciplines of knowledge at the International level based on lofty Islamic values with the focus on women; its centre being Islamic Iran, Qum
•  Strengthen and inculcate ethics, free-thinking, creativity in teaching, with the focus on women
• Train qualified, leading women figures to become academic authorities in their fields of expertise
•  Help women reach the frontiers of knowledge
•  Develop the Humanities and Social Sciences Islamic foundations and values
•  Spread familiarity with Persian internationally
•  Consolidate the role modeling by Muslim women as successful figures in the field of academics, globally
